On 20–22 November, 2019, RIAC (Russian International Affairs Council) hosts the 12th YGLN (Younger Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Atlantic Security) meeting on Euro-Atlantic Security.

The participants are to discuss opportunities for building trust in relations between Russia and the West, arms control and nuclear security issues, civil society dialogue between Russia, the EU and the US as well as the future of the Paris Charter.

Young experts from Russia, the EU, the USA along with representatives of NGOs, think tanks, university and business community will take part in the meeting.

In 2014–2018 the meetings were held in Sofia, Riga, Sarajevo, Brussels, Helsinki, Warsaw, Minsk and Berlin.
