«Addressing a meeting in Central Europe has always been a challenge for Russian experts, and GLOBSEC 2016 was no exception. The debate was quite contentious, but we managed to discuss the converging and diverging interests calmly and efficiently. We appreciate the opportunity to address the conference on a regular basis and express our sincere gratitude to the organizers for the invitation».
