On April 29 – May 1, 2016 a weekend session of the MIT Seminar XXI’s modular program was held at the Airlie Conference Center in Warrenton, Virginia. RIAC Director General Andrey Kortunov delivered at the session a report on the problems of Russian-American relations and the role of Russia in the settlement of the Syrian and Ukrainian crises.

On April 29 – May 1, 2016 a weekend session of the MIT Seminar XXI’s modular program was held at the Airlie Conference Center in Warrenton, Virginia.

Seminar XXI is administered by the MIT Center for International Studies (CIS), and the annual Program was launched in 1986 for senior officials within the U.S. foreign policy and national security communities, as well as top executives of private companies and independent research centers.

The Program’s Fellows, representing various sectors of the U.S. foreign policy elite, simulated possible regional crises, analyzed the current and potential threats to regional and global stability, discussed alternative U.S. foreign policy strategies.

RIAC Director General Andrey Kortunov delivered at the session a report on the problems of Russian-American relations and the role of Russia in the settlement of the Syrian and Ukrainian crises.
