That is the most important thing which is on the proposals of China in such initiatives as Global Development Initiative or the Global Security Initiative. Now we have a new initiative, Global Civilization Initiative. This is a very strong theory of Chinese President Xi Jinping about the shared future and all countries should join these initiatives; then it would be a more peaceful world and in no need for military unions.
