This Report was prepared as part of the study carried out by the Russian International Affairs Council on the role of the Internet in internationalizing Russian universities.
The authors developed a methodology for assessing the English-language sites of Russian universities, carrying out an analysis of 45 resources and comparing them with the websites of 11 leading foreign universities that appear in the QS World University Rankings.
