Project: International Dimensions of Technology Policy
The project seeks to offer a critical perspective on technological policies of states that fall within Russia’s strategic focus. It explores their strategies in new technologies (AI, quantum computing, supercomputers, microelectronics, cloud technologies), R&D policies, technological sovereignty and its limits as well as regulatory issues pertaining to global technological corporations.
