On July 13, 2016, the Russian International Affairs Council will roll out a report on Russia-EU relations prepared by the European Leadership Network (ELN) and to be discussed by Russian and European experts who will focus on prospects for multilateral interaction and outcomes of the NATO summit in Warsaw.

On July 13, 2016, the Russian International Affairs Council will roll out a report on Russia-EU relations prepared by the European Leadership Network (ELN) and to be discussed by Russian and European experts who will focus on prospects for multilateral interaction and outcomes of the NATO summit in Warsaw.

The report will be presented by:

Lukacz Kulesa, ELN Research Director, and

Joseph Dobbs, ELN Research Fellow.

The open debate will feature RIAC members and experts.

Questions for discussion:

— What are the roles of Russia and the EU in global politics?

— What kind of impact will Brexit have on the European balance of forces?

— What will the Warsaw summit bring to the Russia-NATO relationship?

— What are the ways to avoid incidental collisions and prevent escalation?

Registration opens at 9.30 am.
