The infographic “Map of Official Development Assistance (ODA) Flows to the Arab Middle East and North Africa” was created using data on the allocation of ODA to the Arab MENA countries from 2011 to 2018.
The project builds upon the RIAC report “International Assistance to the Middle East and North Africa: Managing Risks” published at the end of 2020 by Vladimir Bartenev, Director of the Center for Security and Development Studies at the Moscow State University.
