Third Meeting of RIAC and U.S. Atlantic Council Joint Working Group

On October 3, 2013 the U.S. Atlantic Council’s Brent Scowcroft Center on International Security hosted the third meeting of RIAC and Atlantic Council Joint Working Group on the problems of transition from mutually assured destruction to mutuallly assured stability in the strategic sphere of relations between Russia and the United States.
