The Young Experts Group was formed in 2014 by the European Leadership Network ( ELN ), the Nuclear Threat Initiative ( NTI ) and the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) to develop steps for enhancing Euro-Atlantic security. In 2014 and 2015 the Group held meetings in Sophia , Riga and Sarajevo .

The Young Experts' Group was formed in 2014 by the European Leadership Network , the Nuclear Threat Initiative and Russian International Affairs Council to develop steps for enhancing Euro-Atlantic security. In 2014 and 2015 the group met in Sofia and Riga .
