The session was addressed by Thomas Greminger, Secretary-General, OSCE; representatives of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovakia, the country holding chairmanship in the OSCE in 2019; diplomats and representatives of expert and analytical community. Russia was represented by Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, who made a speech at the session.
