“The French corner” aims at offering a fresh perspective on the Franco and Euro-Russian relationship, and to go beyond the traditional political bias by trying to break the deadlock in which the public discussion too often ends. A new generation of European and Russian leaders is emerging, one that has not lived through the Cold War and that has not seen Europe cut in half. A generation born after the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the co-called “collapse” of the Soviet Union. And this generation is more interested in dialogue and mutual understanding of what unites us: they are the bridge of tomorrow.
