On December 3, 2019, Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) together with Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) conducted a public lecture Humanitarian Missions in Conflict Areas: What about Security?

Dr. Tankred Stoebe, former president of MSF Germany, addressed the meeting. The speaker shared his experience in humanitarian missions in conflict areas, and also spoke about the features of ensuring security and functioning of humanitarian campaigns. Comments were made by Nikita Minyailov, Associate Professor at Sechenov University.

The meeting was moderated by Roman Mayka, RIAC Media and Government Relations Manager.
