On March 30, 2022, Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, had a meeting with Rune Resaland, Norwegian Ambassador to Russia. The meeting addressed the following issues: the consequences of the current Russia-Ukraine conflict for European security, as well as the situation in the Arctic region, in particular, the prospects for the functioning of the Arctic Council and bilateral Russian-Norwegian relations.
