At one time, Chairman of the All-Russia Public Organization Business Russia. Member of the RF Civic Chamber. Since June 2012, Russian Federation Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights.

Member of the Presidential Council on Implementing Priority National Projects. Member of the Government Council on Competition and Entrepreneurship. Member of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP). Chairman of the Union of Oenologists and Winemakers of Russia.

Recipient of state awards.
