On October 12–13, 2017, in Moscow the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC, Moscow) and the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA, New Delhi) held a two-day International Conference titled “Strategic Visions of Russia–India Relations and Changes in World Order” commemorating the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of India. This report is based on the presentations and deliberations, including observations, comments and the Q&A sessions of the conference. The conference consisted of an opening session, five working sessions, and a concluding session spread over two days.
