RIAC and ICC hold seminar on “Armed Conflict Resolution in the XXI Century”

The seminar discussed possible ways to resolve international crises, the role of international organizations, as well as minimizing the risks of armed conflicts. Olga Oliker, Program Director for Europe and Central Asia, also made a speech on the part of the International Crisis Group.
