RIAC program “Global Science 2.0” for the scientific community

The rules for preparing and submitting articles for publication abroad are very different from the Russian practice, and journals’ analysis makes it possible to meet the challenge. RIAC plans to develop Global Science 2.0 program. There have already been published four articles of the first stage participants, and scientific articles on the problems of deaf-blind people development in Russia are coming soon.
