Russian and Korean experts highly valued the development of inter-Korean dialogue and discussed the present situation on the peninsula, stakeholders’ stances and long-term perspectives of stabilization and denuclearization of the region. The participants agreed that to decrease inter-Korean tensions we need a multi-party platform that would include Russia.
