Public diplomacy program Hablemos con Rusia for young leaders from Latin America receives applications from 2 October, 2023.
Hablemos con Rusia will take place on 29-30 November, 2023.
Our public diplomacy project for Latin America Hablemos con Rusia invites young (ages 18 – 35) foreigners from among scholars of international relations, experts on Russia, representatives of NGOs, journalists,and young Russian international relations and/or region studies specialists who speak Spanish to take part in discussions of Russia's foreign policy issues.
This time the best alumni of Hablemos con Rusia from Latin American countries get a chance for a grant to visit Russia in 2024.
