Educational online program Hablemos con Rusia for young leaders from Latin America receives applications from 19 January, 2023.
Hablemos con Rusia will take place on 15-16 March, 2023.
Creative Diplomacy invites journalists, young experts in international relations, scholars of Russia, representatives of NGOs to participate in online discussions of current problems of the Russian foreign politics.
Renowned Russian journalists, diplomats, experts in international relations, young scholars of international relations, spokespersons of governmental bodies and the civil society will participate in the discussions.
Two days of the program will be divided into six sessions on different issues of foreign politics. As a result, the participants will get the whole picture of Russia's current foreign politics.
The aim of the program is creating a platform for a productive dialogue of new generation leaders from Russia and Latin America. The sponsor of the program is the Fund of Presidential Grants.
Working language: Spanish
Age of participants: 25 - 35 years
Dates: 15-16 March 2023
Deadline for applications: March 10th, 2023.
