The American Academy of Arts and Sciences, with the participation of the Russian Academy of Sciences, has published a monograph "Nuclear Perils in a New Era. Bringing Perspective to the Nuclear Choices Facing Russia and the United States", co-authored by Steven E. Miller, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Pugwash Movement of Scientists, Co-chairman of the Pugwash Committee of the United States, Director of the International Security Program at the Belfer Center at Harvard University and a member of the Russian Pugwash Committee under the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Head of the Center for International Security of the Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO), Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexey Georgievich Arbatov. />
