Graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute majoring in “power stations”.
Worked at OAO Mosenergo, then in RAO Unified Energy Systems of Russia as Senior Specialist at the Department of Power Generation Market Development.
In 2002, joined FSK UES OJSC, serving in various capacities including as Director of Customer Relations and Development.
Later was elected Member of the FSK UES OJSC Management Committee, and since February 2010, Deputy Chairman of the FSK UES OJSC Management Committee.
