Bernie, you know that Obama was M.I.A. in France after the terrorist attack in January.  Do now what Obama didn’t.   Travel to Paris and express your solidarity with Hollande.  Do you really not comprehend that we are in what the Pope has described as WWIII? The terrorists have just killed hostages in Mali.  Revenge is now piling on revenge.  ISIS affiliates are seeking to distract the French from Syria, and this war is escalating!  We will be electing a wartime president!

But instead of responding to changed events, you are acting like a 1917 Menshevik.  You are still mired in your domestic agenda when Paris is burning and our house may be next!  Why are you neglecting the historical examples of the Western European democratic socialists in the ‘30’s and ‘40’s and now in Hollande’s France?  They fought bravely in France, Italy and Germany against both the Nazi fascists who sought to build a global 3^rd Reich, and the Bolsheviks who yearned for a global empire.

Bernie, why do you skirt the challenge of Islamo-Fasicism?  You are also acting like the minions of "Black Lives Matters" and the misguided, publicity-hungry, politically correct students at a few American campuses, who are furious at losing the media headlines of their struggle against democracy.  Do you really want to be Bolshevik-like Hillary’s vice presidential candidate?  Or do you want to be the leader of the free world?

Bernie, you are Jewish!  Throughout history, the targets of totalitarianism have been the Jews.  Are you not aware that the French concert hall and one of the cafes attacked by the terrorists had Jewish owners?  Did you forget your relatives in Poland, brutally murdered by German fascists?  Have you forgotten, from your work on a kibbutz, how dangerous Islamic terrorism is to the State of Israel?   Are you not aware of your rival, Hillary’s, long time support of the Palestine Liberation Organization? Do you want us to end up like the 20 hostages just released in Mali, who could recite the Koran?  Do we have to memorize Koranic verses to protect our children and us?  Are we going to fight them in our heartland – or in France, Mali, Syria and Iraq?

Bernie, your fellow democratic socialists in Europe are entering the fight for a third time against fascism – this time Islamic.  Are you going to join them or memorize Koranic verses?

Your rival, Hillary, complained you “impugned her integrity.”  What integrity?  Her kleptocratic leanings?  Her influence peddling as Secretary of State?  Her  Nixonian destruction of evidence?  Her lies and coverups?  Her numerous scandals past and present?  Her pseudo Clinton Foundation that serves as a kind of Central Committee while raising money for her presidential campaign?  Unfortunately, she can still impress some  Council on Foreign Relations members seeking employment in a Democratic administration.

You must know, Bernie, that  ISIS must have been encouraged by President Obama’s unwillingness to join the solidarity march in Paris after the Charlie Hebdo massacre in January 2015.  It was a clear symbol that he did not, and still does not, have his heart it the struggle against Islamo-fascism.  If you do, go to Paris!  Stand in solidarity with your brother, Francois Hollande. In France!  Turn your focus now to foreign policy and stand with your fellow social democrats.
