Dr. Aleksandrov graduated from Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School (MHTS) with a degree in Mechanical Equipment for Automated Plants, D.Sc. in Engineering; Professor.
Dr. Aleksandrov began his career as a laboratory assistant for the Altay Chemical Technology Research Institute and worked successively as an engineer at MHTS, and as a development engineer, head of logistics, Deputy Director on Development and Organization of Educational Process, and Chief Engineer of the MHTS Experimental Development Works. He was appointed Director of the MHTS Development Works in 1991.
Rector of Bauman Moscow State Technical University since April 2010.
Recipient of state awards.
