The organizers of the dialog on the Russian side included RAS Institute for the U.S. and Canadian Studies and RAS Institute of Europe. The meeting focused on the problems of Russia-NATO nuclear balance, including the arsenals of Great Britain and France.
The discussion was moderated by Sergey Rogov, Academic Director of RAS Institute for the U.S. and Canadian Studies (ISKRAN), RIAC Member, and Alexei Gromyko, Director of RAS Institute of Europe, RIAC member. Alexander Grushko, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia, RIAC Member, made a report at the meeting. The event was also attended by Yevgeny Buzhinsky, RIAC Vice President, Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, and a large group of RIAC experts.
