RIAC Summer School "Roadmap for International Cooperation in the Arctic" Pays Off

Yekaterina Klimenko, participant of RIAC 2012 Summer School Roadmap for International Cooperation in the Arctic" has written a policy paper "Russia’s Evolving Arctic Strategy: Drivers, Challenges and New Opportunities" for the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). In her paper, the author analyzes Russia's strategy in the Arctic to development of energy resources, the Northern Sea Route, changes of Moscow's policies in the context of the altering international context, and the copeartion between Russian and China in the region. RIAC expresses gratitude to Yekaterina Klimenko for using its Arctic Project materials.
