RIAC Programs Presented in Poznan

RIAC Program Director Ivan Timofeev visited Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland, where he met Vice-Rector for Research and International Cooperation Jacek Witkos to present RIAC’s projects dealing with internationalization of higher education institutions. The sides have outlined cooperation in exchanging research materials, engagement of Russian universities, training of Adam Mickiewicz University staff using RIAC methodologies, and organization of expert meetings with participation of Russian universities.

RIAC Program Director Ivan Timofeev visited Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland, where he met Vice-Rector for Research and International Cooperation Jacek Witkos to present RIAC’s projects dealing with internationalization of higher education institutions. The sides have outlined cooperation in exchanging research materials, engagement of Russian universities, training of Adam Mickiewicz University staff using RIAC methodologies, and organization of expert meetings with participation of Russian universities.
Dr. Timofeev also read a lecture to the university faculty and students, offering his vision of Euro-Atlantic relations, as well as RIAC’s projects and programs in foreign relations studies.
The visit was organized with assistance of Professor Ettore Deodato of Sienna University, former Director-General for Education and Culture of the European Commission, and Iwona Borkowska, expert of the ERASMUS PLUS program, who on February 10 are to speak in Moscow on trends in EU education efforts.
