RIAC Members Meet Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif

The parties discussed the questions of bilateral Russian-Iranian relations, problems of political settlement in Afghanistan and Syria, the situation in Iraq, prospects for nuclear non-proliferation regime, combat with illegal drug trafficking and general tendencies of foreign relations development in the context of growing multipolarity in the contemporary world. Mehdi Sanai, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Russian Federation, moderated the meeting.
