Dr. Richard Weitz is a prominent American expert on security issues relating to Europe, Eurasia and East Asia. He worked at a number of research institutions, including Harvard University, as well as at the US Department of Defense. Today, he focuses on Russian-American relations in strategic areas, and how they affect Asian countries.
