On October 13-14 Geneva hosted a «Empowering OSCE in the Course of Growing Conflictogenity» conference organized by Geneva Center for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF).
The following issues were discussed in the course of the event: the role of OSCE in the world, the difficulties the organization faces, proposals for OSCE development and effective work in the future. This annual conference brings together representatives of OSCE сhair state, OSCE governance structures, mission representatives, as well as expert community members.
Andrey Zagorsky, RIAC member, Head of Disarmament and Conflict Settlement Department at IMEMO Center for International Security was invited to take part in the conference. Natalia Evtikhevich, RIAC Program Manager, also took part in the event.
