WE MUST NOT NEGLECT ISLAMIST TERRORISM IN CHINA AND INDIA

Islamist terrorist attack in the heart of Beijing, but also increasing attacks in India, demonstrate that these terrorists do not just attack Christian and Jewish targets, but also Buddhists and Hindus. As we suggested in "Great Powers, Rogue States and Terrorism," published in "The National Interest,"re-published by "Indian Strategic Studies," America must cooperate with China and Russia. Unfortunately, we neglected India and ask their specialists, as well as Russian and Chinese experts on Asia and terrorism, to work with us on a partnership strategy.
