JVLV: Donald, Stand with Ben; Justice and Solidarity Trump Polls! By Jiri & Leni Friedman Valenta
Donald, you, Ben, Ted and and even Marco are rebels. To aid your rebellion against the Washington Cartel bear in mind the words of the great philosopher, Albert Camus. "Men's solidarity is founded upon rebellion, and in its turn, rebellion can only find its justification in solidarity."
Kudo to Jeb. Although a candidate of the establishment, he stood by Ben Carson. This is a moment of truth! You are a good man and I’ m sure in your soul you know that a man who has been friendly with you and who shares many of your values and zeal for peaceful revolution of our system, is being unjustly villified by the press. Ben is a great surgeon, a great citizen and also a rebel. One of us is particularly proud of him since he served as a professor at his Alma Mater, Johns Hopkins.
You know most of the press tends to be unfriendly to GOP candidates while tolerating and excusing Hillary Clinton’s artful stonewalling, bordering on criminal activities. If you stand for another rebel, Ben, you stand for yourself and all that you believe. His slight exaggeration about West Point has been blown out of all proportion.
Key point: Many of us were enthusiastic about Barack Obama’s 2008 candidacy. One of us voted for him. But the press denied us information about his genuine beliefs. It did not fully explore Obama’s real world view and long-standing ties with radical, anti-U.S. pastor and doubter of 9/11, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright. Indeed, Obama cynically threw Wright under the bus.
We discovered Obama was not an admirer of Camus but of American radical Saul Alinsky, a cross between Karl Marx and Antonio Gramsci, a Utopian radical. Moreover, with his Muslim background in childhood, he was and is in denial of the threat of Islamo fascism. We are still in the dark about his present belief system.
And Hillary? She wrote her Wellesley thesis on Alinsky and conferred with him, yet has she been vetted? How does the press explain their hesitation to explore this important part of her narrative, while making hay with Carson’s slight exaggeration?
While one of us was a senior Fellow at Columbia University in 1981-82, Obama was a student there of international relations. This writer did not know him but it is a safe bet that he favored anti-Reagan rhetoric, appeasement of the USSR and U.S. disarmament. All his writings were not scrutinized by the U.S. press, particularly on U.S. Russian relations.
The 2008 and 2012 moderators’ questions for Obama reminded us of CNBC’s last GOP debate. In fact, one of those 2012 moderators was beyond the pale. Candy Crowley, finally eased out by CNN, helped Obama win the second presidential debate with Mitt Romney in what appeared to be a clearly prearranged cooperation with Team Obama, while discussing Benghazi-gate.
Before we attack Vladimir Putin's censorship, let's look at the self-censorship of our politically correct press. Now we know Obama and Hillary covered up and lied about Benghazi-gate to win the 2012 elections. Hillary also had no shame lying to the parents of one victim, while standing by his coffin. How can American women, in the vanguard of the struggle for world equality, stand such injustice? Where are they? Where is the press uproar about her lies to the American public and crude insensitivity to the victims’ parents?
Ben is right. The "progressive" press did not ask the right questions about Obama. Nor are they now asking the right questions with Hillary. Where is the fuss over new revelations that Clinton signed an agreement under which she would suffer criminal penalties for permitting government secrets to become public?
The press helped Obama get elected and re-elected, while they are going viciously after Ben for a minor misstatement. Donald, moment of truth! If they succeed in destroying Ben, you are next. Then Ted. They have already injured Marco. Your peaceful rebellion will be defeated. Remember Camus words; "Rebellion can only find its justification in solidarity."
