U.S.-Russia Middle East Dialogue Group Meets for the Third Time

The aim of the U.S.-Russia Middle East Dialogue group is to exchange unofficial opinions on the issues of the Syrian conflict, to discuss the opportunities for decreasing the hostilities of the armed conflict and options for political resolution of the conflict, to analyze the prospects for Russia-the U.S. cooperation in Syria and in the region, to elaborate specific proposals on the Syrian issue for the administration offices of Russia and the U.S.
The dialog group brings together a core group of American and Russian experts in the regional studies, who represent different research centers of the two countries.
