On November 19–20, 2019, Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), in collaboration with Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), is hosting the 3rd International Conference “Strategic Visions of Russia–India Relations in a Changing World Order".

Russia and India are particularly privileged strategic partners with similar views on many international issues, but the scope of their practical cooperation is limited. Moreover, in recent years, there have been increasing concerns regarding the gradual decrease in the mutual interest of the two countries. The aim of RIAC and ICWA joint conference is to develop practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of Russia-India interaction in bilateral and multilateral formats, taking into account long-term global development trends, helping to bring the partnership of Moscow and New Delhi to a new level.

We invite you to take part in the opening of the even that will be held on November 19, 2019 from 10:00 to 11:00. The working language is English.
