The meeting was organized by the Council on Foreign Relations, New York, the USA, at Tufts European University Center, Talloires, France.
Russian and American experts discussed opportunities and restrictions for cooperation between the two countries in the context of modern international system manageability increase, including comparative assessment of threat perception, global politics regulatory framework, security issues, regional instability and crises issues, etc.
