In Russia success has also been achieved as upon their arrival into local areas, GDP per person on average has grown by 5 times or as high as 10 times in poorer regions (e.g. Jewish Autonomous District). In Yakutia and Chukotka GDP per person has grown from just 100,000 rubles per annum to 1.1 million. But, local salaries will need to keep growing ...
