Chairman of Turkish Center for Strategic Research Visits Moscow

On August 2, 2016, RIAC Program Manager Lyudmila Filippova held talks with Dr. Ali Resul Usul, Chairman of the Center for Strategic Research ( SAM ) of the Turkish Foreign Ministry, and Second Secretary of Turkey’s Embassy in Moscow Fatih Topaloglu on furthering cooperation between the two think tanks.
