The participants of the event included Malcolm Rifkind, former British Foreign Secretary, Dov Zakheim, former U.S. Under Secretary of Defense, Abdulaziz Sager, Chairman of the Gulf Research Center in Riyadh, Salman Shaikh and John Bell, chief executives at The Shaikh Group. Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, represented Russia in the discussion.
