On July 18, 2015, the Russian International Affairs Council and Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) officially closed their Summer School by producing 36 proposals for development of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) in energy, infrastructure, migration, macroeconomics, intellectual property and customs regulation spheres.

During one week, the School attendees were lectured by EEC officials, received teamwork training and took part in a city quest on Eurasian aspects of historic and modern Moscow.

Proposals were elaborated in several stages, with recommendations complied in five days, after which the mitigation and subject-wise committees were formed to prepare the final paper and its presentation.

The resultant materials were offered to RIAC and EEC experts who praised their quality, the broad coverage and most promising ideas. In their farewell addresses, the participants expressed hope that the School was useful for establishing a community of young experts on Eurasian economic integration, who will cooperate with RIAC and EEC and join their research and public projects.
