Authored by RIAC President Igor Ivanov, former UK Defence Secretary Des Browne, former Polish Foreign Minister Adam Daniel Rotfeld, as well as by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Vyacheslav Trubnikov, President of the Association of Euro-Atlantic Cooperation Anatoly Adadmishin and Acting Director of the Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexey Gromyko, all of them RIAC members, and other prominent figures, the paper offers a number of concrete measures to assist the crisis settlement.
