On May 21, 2019, Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) together with Johns Hopkins University and German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) held a scenario seminar “Russia — US — Western and Eastern Europe. Scenarios for the Development of Relations”.

On May 21, 2019, Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) together with Johns Hopkins University and German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) held a scenario seminar “Russia — US — Western and Eastern Europe. Scenarios for the Development of Relations”.

Experts and officials from the EU and the United States, Russian experts on Russia-EU and Russia-US relations took part in the seminar.

The seminar was opened by Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, and Daniel Hamilton, Professor at Johns Hopkins University. RIAC was also represented by Natalia Vyakhireva, RIAC Program Manager.
