On February 18, 2021, Harsh Vardhan Shringla, Deputy Foreign Minister of India, visiting Moscow, had a meeting with a group of Russian foreign policy experts.

The meeting was attended by RIAC members: Alexander Dynkin, Fyodor Voytolovsky, Evgeny Kozhokin, Andrey Kortunov, Fyodor Lukyanov, Alexey Maslov, Victoria Panova, Ivan Timofeev, as well as a group of RIAC experts representing relevant think tanks and Russian research universities.

On February 18, 2021, Harsh Vardhan Shringla, Deputy Foreign Minister of India, visiting Moscow, had a meeting with a group of Russian foreign policy experts.

The meeting was attended by RIAC members: Alexander Dynkin, Fyodor Voytolovsky, Evgeny Kozhokin, Andrey Kortunov, Fyodor Lukyanov, Alexey Maslov, Victoria Panova, Ivan Timofeev, as well as a group of RIAC experts representing relevant think tanks and Russian research universities.

The meeting was attended by the staff of the Ministry of External Affairs of India and the Indian Embassy in Russia. The discussion focused on a wide range of issues related to India’s foreign policy, its relations with Russia, China, the United States, and other countries, current Indian viewpoints on security challenges in Eurasia and integration processes in the Eurasian space. The meeting was chaired by D. B. Venkatesh Varma, Ambassador of India to Russia.
