Rossiya Segodnya’s International Multimedia Press Center hosted a roundtable “Russia-China Dialogue: 20 years of the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation”. “Russia–China Dialogue: The 2021 Model” seventh annual report by the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), RAS Institute of Far Eastern Studies and the Institute of International Studies at Fudan University was presented at the meeting.

Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, Zhao Huasheng, Professor of the Institute of International Studies at Fudan University, Alexey Maslov, Acting Director of the RAS Institute of Far Eastern Studies and RIAC Member, Georgy Zinoviev, Director of the First Asian Department at the Russian Foreign Ministry, Vitaly Fadeev, Senior Counsellor at the Embassy of Russia to China, and Chang Xuhong, Minister Counsellor and Head of Division of Bilateral Relations and Press at the Embassy of China to Russia, spoke at the roundtable.

Russian and Chinese experts and diplomats discussed new avenues of Russia–China collaboration in the context of internal and external challenges the two countries are now facing. Special attention was given to joint projects in outer space.
