On September 11, 2018, Riga hosted an open discussion and a presentation of «Riga Dialogue Afterthoughts 2018» publication. The event was organized by Latvian Institute of International Affairs.

The presented collection includes the opinions of experts from Russia, the European Union, and the United States on the possibility and prospects for the development of cooperation between Russia and Western countries.

Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI), European Leadership Network (ELN), and Latvian Institute of International Affairs (LIIA) took part in the presentation. Vladimir Morozov, RIAC Program Coordinator, represented RIAC at the event.
