On March 18, 2019, Rossotrudnichestvo hosted an expert round table with Russian NGOs working in the area of international affairs. Representatives of more than 20 organizations gathered to discuss the issues of improving the effectiveness of humanitarian policy of the Russian Federation in the international arena. The following issues were discussed in the course of discussion: major obstacles to the effective use of Russia's “soft power” tools in international affairs and proposals for the development of a regulatory framework providing for the humanitarian vector of Russian foreign policy.
