To advance its Asian angle, the Russian International Affairs Council is launching cooperation with the 4th Media, a Chinese independent English-language portal focused on reflection of various foreign opinions on key international issues.
The cooperation scope provides for the RIAC materials to be posted on the 4th Media portal, while RIAC is going to start the 4th Media blog at its website and include its papers in its Digest of International Publications.
The sides also plan to further develop their cooperation.
