RIAC is summarizing its series of presentations and educational events for researchers and the faculty of the Siberian Federal University within the RIAC Days program aimed to assist internationalization of Russian universities and their promotion in global markets of educational and research services.

Stage-wide, the chronology is as follows:

February 24

3 pm. Head of International Department Olga Kuznetsova opens the RIAC Days.
3.30 pm. RIAC Deputy Program Director Timur Makhmutov presents RIAC achievements in 2014 and reader "Modern Science on International Relations Abroad" issued by RIAC earlier this year.

6 pm. The Krasnoyarsk Area Government hosts the meeting between RIAC representatives and Anton Natarov, Acting Director of the Krasnoyarsk Governorship International Department focused on RIAC future cooperation with regional authorities covering analytical support on migration, Islam today, promotion of high-tech firms in foreign markets, and Russia's cooperation with Asia-Pacific and Arctic countries.

February 25

10 am. – 5 pm. RIAC's A+Standard training on adaptation of the Siberian Federal University website to foreign audiences. Opened by Olga Kuznetsova and Timur Makhmutov, the session covers the specifics of target audiences beyond Russia, optimal strategies for their engagement by the University website, and a series of the best-worst practices. The University staffers analyze the key website bottlenecks, hurdles in organization of interdepartmental interaction in the website development process, and scenarios for handling these problems.

February 26

2 pm. Sergey Verkhovets, Pro-Rector on Science and International Cooperation, meets Ambassador Valery Morozov, a RIAC expert.

2.30 pm. Ambassador Morozov faces the University audience to deliver a lecture on the role of Latin America in the world of today and prospects for Russia's cooperation with Latin American countries with the focus on political and economic development of key regional states and their engagements with the United States, EU and China. The event is a follow-up of traditional lectures delivered by RIAC experts, partners and members at universities with the RIAC corporate member status.
