Russian International Affairs Council extends its congratulations to the Russian State University for Humanities (RSUH), RIAC corporate member, whose Confucius Institute has been awarded the world’s best at the 8th Global Conference of Confucius Institutes last weekend in Beijing.
Russian universities have been actively participating in internationalization of education and development of foreign language and culture centers, promoting Russia’s integration in global educational trends. Such centers do a lot to expand and raise the quality of language and region studies, as well as to promote academic exchange practices. These efforts help improve world ratings of Russian universities, a priority for RIAC engagement with the higher education sector.

RIAC offers several programs to accelerate universities’ internationalization, among them – Global Science program intended to develop academic writing skills for publication in foreign journals, and A+Standard program aimed at promoting up-to-date methods to present university achievements through their websites, as well as guaranteeing efficient use of the Internet to advance educational technologies in the world.
RIAC highly appreciates cooperation with the RSUH and hopes for its fruitful continuation.
