On October 5–6, University Consortium and Kennan Institute in partnership with Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) hold an international conference "Analyzing and Managing Change in the International Order: Russian, American and European Perspectives" in Washington DC, USA.

The conference gathers scholars, policy analysts and practitioners from Russia, Europe and the U.S. to address key problems in Russia-West relations in the current international environment. The event covers the entanglement of foreign and domestic politics, growth of military and economic leverage as well as the need for adaptation of international institutes. Special session of the meeting is devoted to cyber issues and the problem of foreign interference in the domestic processes.

Senator Sam Nunn and Lord Desmonde Browne share their thoughts on the recent developments in a keynote dialog. Opening conference remarks are given by Anatoly Antonov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the United States. Oleg Stepanov, Head of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Department of Foreign Policy Planning, and Henry Kissinger are keynote speakers of the event.

The Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) is represented by Director General Andrey Kortunov and Maria Smekalova, Cybersecurity Program Coordinator.
